CAMERON FISHING FESTIVAL TOURNAMENT
August 5 & 6, 2022
The 18TH ANNUAL CAMERON FISHING FESTIVAL TOURNAMENT will be held in GRAND CHENIER on August 5&6, 2022.
Join us for "CAPTAIN'S NIGHT" on Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Grand Chenier Park Pavilion, located at 142 Jim Bonsall Road, Grand Chenier, LA for Early Registration (Adults $10 Discount/Junior $5 Discount); Door Prizes; and complimentary Fish Fry Dinner for Participants.
Thank you for your continued support of the Cameron Fishing Festival and Cameron Lions Club. This year, the FESTIVAL AND WEIGH-IN will be at the GRAND CHENIER PARK on Friday and Saturday, August 5th and 6th.

There is an Offshore Division and Bay Division. There will be an award for Top Angler in each Division and Top Junior Angler in each Division. Below are the fish included in each Division;
BAY DIVISION: Speckled Trout, Red Fish, Black Drum, Flounder, Croaker, Gafftop Catfish, White Trout, Sheephead, and Gar Fish.
OFFSHORE DIVISION: Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin, Barracuda, Jacks Crevalle, Cobia-Ling, Grouper, Tripletail, Barracuda, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, Blue Fish, Spade Fish, Trigger Fish*, Amber Jack*and Red Snapper*
*Only if the season is open on these species.
The Tournament will continue to have the largest Hardhead Catfish Stringer for the Junior Anglers (15 and younger). This is a stringer of five (5) hardhead catfish. There will be awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for each fish.
We will not have a bass tournament division.
