Welcome to the official website of the Cameron Lions Club, founded in 1944.
The organization serves charitable causes in and around Cameron Parish.
Its major fundraiser is The Annual Cameron Fishing Festival.
This event is held in the summer and includes a fishing tournament and children’s pageant.
Some of the initiatives of the organization include promoting higher education by awarding academic scholarships to the youth of the community, hearing and vision needs, Louisiana Lions Camp for children with special needs, Keep Louisiana Beautiful and many other great causes.
