By submitting this form and adding my digital signature below, I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Cameron Festival, Cameron Lion's Club, Cameron Parish Police Jury and all of their officers, agents, sponsors, members, managers, insurers, and/or any other agents of the aforementioned parties, from any and all claims that may arise by my participation in the Cameron Fishing Tournament. Furthermore, I agree to abide by the Official Rules of the Cameron Fishing Festival; as well as all State and Federal fishing regulations, including obtaining proper fishing licenses.
